UPDATE: The offending root certificate has been removed from the server and everything seems to be working now. Please let me know if you are still having an issue.

The security certificate for the mail server (used for https:// connections) is correct and up-to-date, however there is something called a root certificate that is associated with the certificate provider that may cause an issue for some users.
One of the root certificates in the security chain expired on 9/30/21. There is an alternate root certificate in the chain that works just fine, but apparently some older browsers and devices may not work with this alternate root certificate.
My Windows 10 computer does not have an issue, however, I have heard from a couple of users that they are seeing a security warning when accessing their webmail.
Possible solutions:
- Reboot your device
- Check to see if there are any software updates available for your device
If you are still having an issue, please send a email (or use Contact link above) letting me know what device (computer, tablet, phone) and operating system (Windows, Apple, Android) you are using.
I’ll post something here when I have more information.
