If you are having problems connecting to webmail using a bookmark, try connecting through HVImail.com and then replacing the bookmark after you log in successfully.
The issue may be that you’ve bookmarked the link using the less secure http:// instead of the more secure https://
The new server is configured to only allow the more secure link.
