You may receive a message with subject “[Ticket ID]: Your messages are stuck on our server …” This is fake and an attempt to trick you into clicking on the link in the email message. Don’t. Just delete the message.

Fake past due notices are coming in from a fake address (Ap@hvi.net) with the subject line ‘past due invoice #INV32405’. This is fake. Do not click on anything or respond. Just delete it.
